About Fred Sanchez

With deep roots in Kern County since 1965, I bring a lifetime of local knowledge and over two decades of real estate experience to every transaction. My journey began in the fields, picking grapes, oranges, and peaches—work that taught me the value of perseverance and respect for hard work. Later, as the owner of a shoe store in Wasco for 15 years, I learned that exceptional customer service is the heart of any successful business.

Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2003, I’ve been helping individuals and families buy and sell residential, commercial, industrial, and farmland properties throughout Bakersfield and the surrounding areas. My goal is always to provide honest, informed guidance backed by years of hands-on experience and market insight.
